Eric and "Donald"

Eric sent me a copy of his new book "Donald" (http://www.amazon.com/Donald-Eric-Martin/dp/1936365251). The cover illustration is by our Australian friend Simon Rippingale and plays off the cover of Donald Rumsfeld's memoir "Known and Unknown."
